Crackling through the atmosphere

In blue electric dreams

Sapphire silhouettes cavort

Through vivid lightening beams

And dripping through a ruby heart

The beat of diamond rain

As pearls of tears solidify

In icicles of pain

In sky of lapis lazuli

A vein of crystal quartz

Tainted with the blackest edge

Of darkest onyx thoughts,

Tumbles through an opal moon

To scatter on the breeze,

And slash the sky with vivid scars

Where garnet blood will bleed

While silvered stars of spirit

Burst through fractured air

Tiger eyed emotions

Filter through the glare

Amethyst illusions spiral into space

To gather in electric dreams

And fade without a trace
